Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and The Venue App Ltd ("Etoya", "we", "us") for using the Etoya app and website. By creating an account you accept them.

Membership

Conduct

Treat other members with respect. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, misleading or infringing; do not harass, impersonate or spam; do not use Etoya to sell services that break the law. Members can report content and people, and we may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Meetups and personal meetings

Meetups and meetings are arranged between members. Hosts are responsible for what they offer and guests for how they behave. Etoya is not a party to these arrangements and is not responsible for what happens at them. Meet in safe places and use your judgement.

Coins and subscriptions

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a licence to host, display and share it within Etoya as needed to run the service. You can delete your content and your account at any time.

Liability

Etoya is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of other members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you keep the protections of its consumer law.
